Keith S. Harriton was born in Massapequa, New York. Mr. Harriton received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, and received his J.D. from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo in 1979. Mr. Harriton was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1980 and the Bar of the State of Connecticut in 1989. He is also admitted in the Federal District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York and the Federal District Court of Connecticut.

Mr. Harriton was an Assistant District Attorney for Westchester County from 1979 - 1983 and, in that capacity, tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. Mr. Harriton was subsequently employed by the prominent defense firm of Bower & Gardner in New York City where he supervised a caseload of one hundred and seventy-five defense litigation matters. The majority of his caseload was composed of medical malpractice matters on behalf of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation as well as private hospitals in the Metropolitan area. Accordingly, Mr. Harriton defended the interests of numerous New York City Hospitals including Downstate Medical Center, Woodhull Hospital, Maimonides Hospital, Brooklyn Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital, Long Island College Hospital, St. John's Episcopal Hospital and Brookdale Hospital. In connection with the defense of claims against these institutions, he also defended claims interposed against resident physicians, nurses, various department heads and attending physicians who participated in insurance coverage through the medical centers. In addition to his medical malpractice work, Mr. Harriton also defended various corporate clients and insurance carriers in connection with general liability and construction litigation. Prior to becoming a member of this firm, Mr. Harriton supervised the litigation department at Pirro and Monsell, P.C. in White Plains, New York, where he represented the interests of Exxon Company, USA, Mobil Oil Corporation, Playtex Holdings, Inc. as well as individual clients in connection with litigation matters. Mr. Harriton handles matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients involving personal injuries arising from alleged negligence, medical malpractice, products liability, toxic tort and labor law violations as well as environmental cases instituted by private parties and Federal and State regulatory agencies.


Urs Broderick Furrer was born in New York City, New York. Mr. Furrer, a 1988 graduate of Manhattan College, has a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Economics. Mr. Furrer graduated from Pace University School of Law in 1991 and was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 1991 and the Bar of the State of New York in 1992. He is also admitted in the Federal District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. Mr. Furrer is a member of the American Bar Association and Westchester County Bar Association. In addition, in 1993, Mr. Furrer was elected Councilman for the Town of Mt. Pleasant, New York and was reelected to that position in 1997. Mr. Furrer is also a member of the Westchester County Republican Legal Committee.

Mr. Furrer has defended various corporate clients and insurance carriers in connection with environmental and general liability matters. Mr. Furrer handles commercial and environmental matters for Exxon Mobil Corporation, Exxon Corporation, Mobil Corporation and Gulf Oil Corporation and various tort and commercial matters for the New York State Insurance Fund as well as First Central Insurance Company, Galaxy Insurance Company, Home Mutual Insurance Company of Binghamton, Horizon Insurance Company, New York Merchant Bakers Insurance Company, New York Surety Company, Transtate Insurance Company and United Community Insurance Company for the New York State Liquidation Bureau. In addition, Mr. Furrer represents individual clients in connection with litigation matters and assists individual clients in estate planning and trust matters.


Kimberly Ann Einzig was born in New York City, New York. Ms. Einzig graduated from the University of Delaware in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a concentration in International Political Economy and a minor in Economics. Ms. Einzig then attended the American University, Washington College of Law where she received her J.D. Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Coif in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Einzig worked as a Dean’s Fellow for the Associate Dean of Faculty and Academic Affairs where she conducted legal research relating to administrative law. She was also a member of the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy, & the Law where she served on the Editorial Board during her third year as a Note & Comment Editor. Ms. Einzig spent her last semester in law school working as a Student Attorney for the American University Criminal Justice Clinic representing indigent criminal defendants in Montgomery County, Maryland. In July 2006, Ms. Einzig took the Bar Examinations in New York and Connecticut where her applications for admission are pending. Ms. Einzig worked as a Summer Associate for the Firm during the summers of 2004 and 2005 and joined the Firm as an Associate in September 2006.
